Looking for someone super social online and offline. Funding for our game is close this year, but it depends to two things:

-Getting fans for our game (Game-Market Fit)

-Making introverted developers to communicate, sharing their problemas, finding solutions with all the team

We have unique advantages like preferred space in the biggest games expos in Mexico, plus our team includes the former GM of PlayStation Latam.

Requirements, ordered by priority

  1. Achieving Game-Market Fit is your top objective. You’re player-oriented, not tech- or art-oriented.

  2. You don’t get overwhelmed, no need for someone repeating to you requirements. You adapt to evolving situations. You fill in the gaps and make decisions by yourself.

  3. Extroverted online & offline.

    1. Your favorite kind of fun is going out and meeting new people every week.

    2. You don’t ignore players, you love hanging out with them.You make friends naturally on a first impression, even with non-gamers.

  4. Passionate about Latin American culture, narrative, 3D adventure.

  5. It’s natural for you to prototype fast, from automating team-processes via AI, all ethically.

  6. English indispensable; Spanish appreciated.

  7. Interested in ever-green game design, infinite replayability.

  8. Ideally you love Pokémon, but flexible.

  9. Unity for PC games knowledge.

  10. You don’t like dev-bubbles. You thrive on disruption. No one needs to ask you to think big, yet, you can by yourself scope down a global game hit into actionable weekly tickets for a team.

  11. Our protagonists are real historical women. This teammate would need the ability to convey complex characters, different from recurring female stereotypes in games.

Recurring responsibilities

  1. Setting tickets and managing our 12 developers

  2. Selling our demo weekly at parties in Mexico City.
